Start your day – and the month – with some bacon. November 2nd is the Southwest Bacon Fest. Who could say no to over 25 vendors showcasing all sorts of unique bacon-inspired treats. November 9th-10th is home of Tastes of the Season. This is all about seasonal food, drink, and shopping. Get new ideas for this coming season when it comes to preparing food, putting together new meals, unique gift ideas, and much more. And since you’re there, get your early shopping on!

Over 30 years ago, a small crafts fair set up in Albuquerque. Fast forward to November 15-17 and you’ll see that the Weems International Artfest has grown substantially. It isn’t called international for no reason! The UNM Art Museum 50th Anniversary Exhibition is still going on. It began September 14th and will continue throughout November until December 21st. You’ll find a stunning sweep of collections, as well as three concurrent exhibitions that are sure to treat your eyes.

November 29th means the Rio Grande Arts & Crafts Festival with a Holiday Show for everyone this year. You may even find some unique pieces that will make excellent holiday gifts. The Festival will last until December 1st, so be sure to stop by that weekend!

Finish the month of November with the River of Lights. Millions of lights on over 150 displays will light up the night and dazzle all those watching.
