Sophisticated & Stylish Rooftop Bar
Hotel Andaluz was built fresh off the tails of Prohibition, ushering in a new wave of creativity and hospitality in the way people consumed. No longer confined to back door speakeasies, bartenders expanded their repertoires and the palettes of their guests. In homage to those spirited times, our rooftop bar is named for the site of Albuquerque’s first bootlegging arrest.
Our cocktails pay tribute to the late 30s and early 40s, with new-for-then classics made with contemporary international and domestic liqueurs, alcohols and cordials, executed with modern mixology precision. For guests looking for a cocktail alternative, G. Toti offers a curated selection of wine and local beer.
